At PURE PHARMA, we're committed to fast, secure and discreet delivery of all research products. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST (Monday–Friday) are  dispatched the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12:00pm, on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
• During peak periods, dispatch times may vary slightly.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking details.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you need to update your address, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery address.

PURE PHARMA accepts no responsibility for parcels that are lost or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $15.00 AUD
• Express Shipping: $20.00 AUD

Estimated delivery time is generally 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

Please note: We guarantee fast dispatch, not delivery timeframes. Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control.

📦 Lost, Delayed & Undeliverable Parcels

Due to the nature of the products we supply, all orders are shipped at the customer's own risk once they have been dispatched.

Standard Shipping

If Australia Post confirms that a Standard Shipping parcel has been lost in transit, PURE PHARMA will provide one (1) complimentary reshipment.

This is limited to one reshipment per order. No additional reshipments or refunds will be provided.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping orders are not eligible for reshipment.

By selecting Express Shipping, you acknowledge that your order is shipped entirely at your own risk once dispatched.

Parcel Inspections

Australia Post and relevant government authorities may conduct random parcel inspections at any time.

Any parcel that is delayed, held, confiscated or otherwise prevented from being delivered following an inspection is the responsibility of the customer. PURE PHARMA accepts no liability for parcels affected after dispatch.

💰 Refund Policy

PURE PHARMA does not offer refunds for orders that are:

• Lost in transit
• Delayed during shipping
• Marked as delivered but not received
• Delayed, held or confiscated following a parcel inspection

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these shipping terms, and accept all risks associated with shipping once your order has been dispatched.

Every order is packed in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to PURE PHARMA, the contents of the parcel or the products enclosed.

Your privacy is important to us, and discretion is standard with every shipment.
